Operation Write Home is pleased to announce our booth at CHA! The space is sponsored by the Craft and Hobby Association, and will be in the "Community Park" area with 8 other nonprofits. All attendees of the Winter CHA Conference are invited to stop by the Park and visit with all the groups represented!

OWH's booth:
The OWH booth (#2043, near the center of the floor) will have make-and-leave kits ready for crafters to stop by and assemble - we hope to generate 1,000 cards made by manufacturers, designers, retail buyers, and press! The kits all use the new OWH/Hero Arts stamp sets, and most are made with donated papers, embellishments, ribbon, tools, and adhesives. Without the generous support of these wonderful partners, we never could have produced these kits!

Flashmob:
Charity Wings and Wendy Russell of She's Crafty fame are getting us all together for a dance flashmob! Check out the video here, and sign up at Charity Wings (bottom of the page) right away so you get your goodies in time for the first performance Sunday morning!
Craft Carnival, Tuesday:
Join us for the Craft Carnival on Tuesday evening from 6:30pm to 10pm for networking, food, beverages, and activities with different nonprofits - raffles, sewing pillowcases, and some fun and games with jugglers and silhouette artists! We've been asked to host a cardmaking party - and the kits we've got are all thank you cards....and each person making one will be asked to write a note in one. So it's an AnyHero cardmaking party! Special thanks to Tombow for the extra adhesives provided specifically for this event!
Press:
Our president, Sandy Allnock, will be in attendance at the show, and is available for interviews. Stop by booth 2043 to schedule a time, or pick up a press kit in the press room (it will contain her business card and cell number).
Exhibitors:
We want to meet up with you! Send Sandy an email to schedule a time if that's easiest for you - mealtimes, at outside functions, or at your booth or ours.We can stop by with a sticker for you (5" x 12") to place on a box - so you can invite your visitors to turn a make-and-take into a make-and-leave! Photo ops are a must - we'll be blogging, tweeting, vlogging, and posting on Facebook, and we'd love some photos with you!
Retailers:
Stop by our booth and leave us your information...we've got a pdf we'll send out to everyone who signs up for it, and that pdf has project sheets for all 50 of our card kits! You can use them for an OWH cardmaking, or for your own classes or make-and-takes in your store. Our free gift to you! Pick up some OWH info and make a card while you're at our booth...we'd love to talk with you about getting your store involved!
